Our specialty live kitchen features a grill and a custom-made kamado stove. We had two large kamado stoves specially installed by the Kama Asa Store in Tokyo’s Kappabashi Dougu Street, founded in 1908. Specially selected Unzen-grown rice is cooked on the kamado stove, while local fish and meat is cooked on our grill.
