The premium rooms on the top floor also include semi-outdoor baths with hot spring water drawn directly from the source. Open the window to admire the mountains of Unzen spreading out before your eyes. Guests may also use the premium floor exclusive “STRINGS” A Salon Above the Clouds.

Our dedicated live kitchen features a grill and custom-made kamado ovens. Established in 1908, the KAMA-ASA cookware store from Tokyo's Kappabashi Kitchenware Street installed two large kamado ovens for us. We cook select rice from Unzen in the kamado ovens and serve freshly grilled local fish and meat from the live kitchen.
